Trademark and Affiliation Disclaimer

Purpose and Scope

Experience XI, Inc a company incorporated in Delaware with principal offices in Georgia, USA, provides premium international soccer experiences. This disclaimer governs ExperienceXI’s use of trademarks, logos, and organizational references throughout its website, marketing materials, and program descriptions. It clarifies intellectual property ownership, licensing relationships, and the boundaries of any affiliation with third-party organizations.

ExperienceXI Trademarks

ExperienceXI owns and protects its name, logos, taglines, website content, program materials, and intellectual property. All ExperienceXI marks are protected under:

  • U.S. Trademark Law (15 U.S.C. § 1127)

  • U.S. Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 101)

  • Georgia state trademark and trade secret law (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-370 et seq.)

Nike Co-Brand Partnership

ExperienceXI operates under a formal trademark license agreement with Nike, Inc. This is the only third-party trademark relationship governed by a license agreement. The following terms apply to all uses of Nike marks:

  • All Nike marks—including the Swoosh logo, “Nike” name, and associated trademarks—remain the exclusive property of Nike, Inc.

  • ExperienceXI’s use of Nike marks is authorized solely under the terms of the trademark license agreement with Nike, Inc.

  • ExperienceXI is an authorized licensee of Nike, Inc. ExperienceXI is not a subsidiary, division, affiliate, or joint venture of Nike, Inc.

  • The Nike trademark license authorizes use of Nike’s own marks only. It does not extend to or grant rights in the trademarks, crests, or logos of any other organization—including Nike-sponsored clubs or national teams

  • Co-branded materials are produced under the terms and conditions of the license agreement. The use of Nike marks does not imply endorsement of ExperienceXI beyond the scope of the authorized license.

U.S. Soccer Organizations

ExperienceXI operates within the U.S. soccer ecosystem and references the following organizations to accurately describe its travel destinations and program experiences.

U.S. Soccer Federation

The U.S. Soccer Federation (“U.S. Soccer”) is the national governing body for soccer in the United States. References to U.S. Soccer, its programs, competitions, and the U.S. Soccer crest are used solely to identify ExperienceXI travel destinations and experiences involving U.S. Soccer events, facilities, or national team programs.

USA Soccer National Team

ExperienceXI travel programs may include experiences related to the U.S. Men’s and Women’s National Teams. All national team marks, crests, and logos are the exclusive property of the U.S. Soccer Federation. References identify specific travel destinations and experiences only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by the U.S. Soccer Federation or its national teams.

NWSL (National Women’s Soccer League)

The NWSL name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of the National Women’s Soccer League, LLC. ExperienceXI references NWSL solely to identify travel destinations and experiences involving NWSL matches, venues, or events. ExperienceXI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NWSL.

Arthur M. Blank National Training Center

The Arthur M. Blank National Training Center is a venue referenced in ExperienceXI program descriptions. The facility name and any associated marks are the property of their respective owners. References identify a specific training location and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with the venue or its operators.

All marks, names, logos, and insignia of U.S. soccer organizations remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. ExperienceXI’s references constitute nominative fair use under U.S. trademark law.

European Club Trademarks

ExperienceXI travel programs include training, cultural experiences, and match attendance at major European football clubs. Access to these clubs is provided through ExperienceXI’s agreement with Nike. Club names and crests appear on the ExperienceXI website to identify specific travel destinations. The following clubs are currently referenced:

  • FC Barcelona

  • Chelsea FC

  • FC Internazionale Milano (Inter Milan)

  • Atlético de Madrid

  • Paris Saint-Germain (PSG)

  • Tottenham Hotspur

Key terms regarding European club trademarks:

  • All club names, crests, logos, jerseys, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of their respective clubs.

  • ExperienceXI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, officially partnered with, or sponsored by any European club unless a specific arrangement is separately disclosed.

  • References to club names in program descriptions and marketing materials constitute nominative fair use—identifying the specific club, venue, or destination that participants will experience during ExperienceXI travel programs.

  • Many of these clubs are Nike-sponsored organizations. However, Nike’s trademark license with ExperienceXI does not grant ExperienceXI the right to use these clubs’ own trademarks or crests. Any club marks displayed on the ExperienceXI website are used under the nominative fair use doctrine, not under the Nike license.

  • Purchasing an ExperienceXI travel program does not grant participants any rights, privileges, VIP status, or special access beyond what is explicitly described in the specific program itinerary.

International National Team Trademarks

ExperienceXI travel programs may include experiences related to international national soccer teams, with access facilitated through the Nike partnership. The following national teams are currently referenced on the ExperienceXI website:

  • Brazil National Team (Confederação Brasileira de Futebol / CBF)

  • Netherlands National Team (Koninklijke Nederlandse Voetbalbond / KNVB)

  • France National Team (Fédération Française de Football / FFF)

  • England National Team (The Football Association / The FA)

All national team names, crests, logos, and associated marks are the exclusive property of their respective national football associations. ExperienceXI references these teams solely to identify travel destinations and experiences. ExperienceXI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any national football association unless separately disclosed.

  • As with European clubs, many of these national teams wear Nike-sponsored kits. The Nike license with ExperienceXI does not grant rights to use national team crests or federation marks.

  • All references constitute nominative fair use under U.S. trademark law, identifying specific destinations and experiences offered through ExperienceXI programs.

Third-Party Trademarks and Services

ExperienceXI references and works with third-party service providers, technology platforms, payment processors, and venue partners. References to any third-party trademarks are made solely to identify those services and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless separately disclosed.

Content, Images, and Copyright

All website content, photographs, videos, program materials, itineraries, descriptions, and intellectual property created by or published by ExperienceXI are protected by U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of ExperienceXI content is prohibited without prior written consent.
